Merit Bonuses

Team based bonuses are awarded as strategic goals are accomplished.  There are typically several of these each year.

Benefits

  1. Health Insurance - our provider describes our plan as the "Cadillac of health care coverage."
  2. Simple IRA - invest through payroll deduction and the company will match dollar for dollar up to 3% of your salary.  Participation is encouraged.
  3. Vacation - Two weeks standard; three weeks with five year anniversary.
  4. Flex-time - We occasionally work on the weekends.  When necessary, time is banked and used for additional time off.  The net result, no overtime!
  5. Equipment - Employees are given a $1,500 stipend to build a home computer.  At the office, team members have dual-monitors, wireless headsets and access to a computer lab.
  6. Continuing Education - Employees are reimbursed for every Microsoft Exam test passed.  TriQuest provides all necessary study manuals and materials.
