Our approach to delivering superior knowledge starts with a focus on Microsoft Technologies.  Our approach is to constantly define and improve coordination though efficient teamwork, allowing technicians to have one or a small number of specialties, while maintaining a broad understanding of network technologies.  These area specialists are responsible for developing core knowledge within their subject matter and teaching the other technicians.  This allows for the efficient compilation and dissemination of relevant training.

TriQuest technicians are full-time employees, college degreed, and Microsoft certified. Every technician receives a minimum of 100 hours of technical training each year, and is required to self-study a minimum of 100 hours per year.  Our mentoring program matches senior, more experienced technicians, with junior technicians; enhancing learning for both teacher and student alike.  Good output requires good systems.  TriQuest maintains a compendium of information and best practice research internally developed, over time, so that individual learning becomes firm learning.
