Committment
TriQuest is committed to providing the very best for our clients. This means that our knowledge of the technology we work with everyday must be exceptional. Experience is a valuable commodity, but only through education will the true value of experience be unleashed. Industry certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified Professional program, provide a great mechanism for both TriQuest and our Clients to quickly determine that an employee has a proven, minimum level of expertise in a particular subject matter.
Experience
You may have heard or read comments about "paper mcse's" referring to people who can easily memorize and regurgitate large amounts of information. These folks pass tests easily, with little or no comprehension about how to apply what they read. We agree that this is unfortunately true in many cases, but it does not negate the value of the experience when coupled with an environment that reinforces this learning with practical experience.
Training for certifications is a great way to grow beyond one's experiences: learning not only technologies applicable to your current position or network, but skills for tomorrow.
Our commitment is more than just a lip service. For ten years now, TriQuest has gladly reimbursed employees for technical books and exam fees. Additionally, we commit four hours a week, all year long, to technical training. Team members are rewarded financially for completing certifications.
Professional
IT is a profession, just like accounting or law. As such, it is important to have industry credentials. Join us today and let's get learning!
