Learning how to learn is the most beneficial aspect of the under-graduate experience.  Our training and professional development programs build on this experience, utilizing collegiate style training models.

TriQuest technicians work in a highly effective team environment.  Teamwork is the cornerstone of our culture.  As such, an ego-less, selfless attitude is necessary to fit in as a TriQuest employee.  The ability to understand your limitations and seek assistance is as important as a willingness to assist fellow team members.

Technicians maintain general technical knowledge, but also maintain specialties in different areas.  Through coordination, issues are routed to the technician with the experience to resolve the issue.  This allows TriQuest to provide timely and accurate responses to client requests. 

Every technician understands their responsibilities, is empowered, and plans their day accordingly.  Everyone understands the company business plan, and provides input for our strategic development.  This level of independence provides a sense of control and personal accomplishment which are necessary ingredients for professional development.

Maintaining the balance between work and a personal life is important.  We work hard,  but we do not work overtime.  Technicians do occasionally work off-hours, but we use a flex-schedule so technicians can take time off to rejuvenate.  The interdependent team provides a support structure that supports this flexibility.
