Position: Desktop Support Technician
Job Overview:
Entry level position in a growing, technology-focused company, ideal for new college graduates. Job responsibilities will include daily maintenance and support of desktop hardware and software, ensuring network connectivity and providing first level technical support. The technician will make IT purchasing recommendations, monitor system performance, employ troubleshooting techniques, and draft system or user documentation.
In addition to technical skills, the candidate must be organized, patient, thorough, and good at prioritizing tasks, with excellent communication and writing skills. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who wants to learn and grow in a solid company with strong career potential.

Postion Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Word)
- Willingness to obtain Microsoft Windows Certifications
- Familiarity with network topology, TCP/IP and Active Directory
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques
- Professional demeanor
- Positive, helpful attitude
