Standard Benefits Include:
- Health Insurance - We offer two health plans to choose from so you can decide the amount of coverage you perfer
- HSA/FSA - depending on the health insurance plan you pick, a Health Savings Account or Flex Savings Account is available.
- Supplemental insurance available to help with out of pocket expenses
- Vision insurance plan
- Simple IRA - invest through our payroll deduction and TriQuest will match dollar for dollar up to 3% of your salary per year. Participation is encouraged.
- Vacation - Two weeks per year standard --- Three weeks per year after five years full-time employment.
- Flex-time – When occasional weekends or additional hours are required, time is banked and used for additional time off.
- Continuing Education - Employees study 4 hours each week. TriQuest provides all necessary study manuals and material. Employees are reimbursed for every Microsoft exam passed.
- Merit Bonuses - Team-based bonuses are awarded when specific semi-annual performance goals are met.
- Expense Stipend - Technicians receive monthly stipend for mileage and for cell phone expenses.
- Miscellaneous - At the office, team members have dual-monitors, wireless headsets and access to a computer training lab.
- Holidays - TriQuest is closed for seven major holidays.
