pro·fes·sion·al·ism -noun
- professional character, spirit, or methods
- the standing, practice, or methods of a professional, as distiguished from an amateur.
Currently, there are no established professional standards for network service providers, unlike Certified Public Accountants, Attorneys, and Doctors, so TriQuest defined these standards internally. They start from a shared sense of integrity and principles which is embodied in our “shared values” document.
Professionalism is where the rubber meets the road, or how the service is constructed and delivered. Professional services are different than tangible products because the end product is actually developed in coordination with the client, rather than simply delivered. This coordination and closeness requires constant communication, effective planning, and particular attention to detail. It also requires trust, something which must be earned over time.
Our customer-centric approach is visible in every customer interaction. Calls are returned promptly; meeting minutes are taken and reviewed. Projects are scoped and defined before they begin. Regular status reports are sent to the client on all contracts and projects. We meet with clients regularly to discuss open issues, ideas for improvement, and future initiatives. We quickly and efficiently adjust to the dynamic business environment of the client. Routine project reviews evaluate what went right, what went wrong, what can we improve to ensure our service meets the client’s needs.
TriQuest maintains its integrity by not selling or representing hardware or software providers in any way. All technology recommendations are the best possible solution, not clouded by a commission or bonus.
