About TriQuest

Founded in October, 1997 and headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, TriQuest Technologies’ success is demonstrated through high customer and employee retention, stable financial position, a focused service offering, depth of expertise, and most importantly, the ability to customize solutions.  TriQuest was recognized by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce as the Small Business of the Year award winner in 2001 and 2002.  This was the first and only time, to date, the same company has won the award two years in a row.

TriQuest continues to serve customers that signed on at the company's inception 14 years ago, while the average client has been working with us for 9 years (and counting).

TriQuest employs 6 full-time technical employees, with an average tenure of 6 years, and each with a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates are hired based on technical ability, communication skills, and professional ethics. In addition, each technician receives 204 hours of continuing education per year on technical, communication, and project management skills.

TriQuest offers breadth and depth of expertise. We employ a team-based support approach with the entire staff working together as colleagues. All our technicians are trained in core skills, with specialists identified, as needed, to support specific technologies.

TriQuest is a proud member of the Microsoft Partner Network.  Membership is renewed annually, requiring proven expertise in current Microsoft products as well as customer satisfaction on recent projects.  TriQuest has been a member of the Microsoft Partner Network every year since joining in 1998.

Since inception, TriQuest’s sole focus is the management of Microsoft networks for small and medium businesses. Our customers typically have 15-200 computers, a high degree of reliance on technology, understand the value of IT to their business, and are willing to fund IT to achieve goals.

Industries served by TriQuest include: non-profits, wholesale distribution, finance, accounting, legal and engineering firms.

We consider each and every customer to be unique. While 80% of an IT operation may be similar to other organizations, the remaining 20% is generally where the true value of IT is realized. It takes deep knowledge of both the customer, and the technology, in order to modify industry best practices to meet the unique needs of each customer.
