Fort Worth Born; Texas Raised.

Since founding TriQuest Technologies over 2 decades ago, CEO Gary Tonniges, Jr. has provided Fort Worth businesses with exceptional technology solutions by maintaining focus on what he believes are three daily standards of operational excellence: Teamwork, Learning, and Planning.

“When you combine these three things together—teamwork, learning, planning—you’re able to deliver service that’s greater than the sum of its parts. We call this “The TriQuest Way” and it provides every customer with the competitive advantage of having reliable, responsible, right-sized IT that can grow, change, and adapt as their business evolves,” says Tonniges.

Gary Tonniges Jr, a licensed CPA with a passion for technology, founded TriQuest in 1997. His objective was to create an environment with low turnover—of both team members and customers—by providing a high-level quality of technical services and an environment that if the time comes to separate, that both team members and customers would be better off than before TriQuest. With steady leadership and a commitment to delivering on our promises, we have grown into Fort Worth’s trusted IT Solutions provider.

A Little Bit About How We Operate.

No Cubicles In Sight. We call our office the clubhouse because of its relaxed feel, open plan layout, and multiple break out areas. In our café, you will find an assortment of treats to keep you refreshed including a candy bar, coffee and espresso machines, and a selection of fresh fruit.

A Learning Hub. At TriQuest we practice continuous learning. Our office includes a dedicated learning center where we host educational sessions for ourselves, our customers, and the community. We also have a workshop where our technicians configure customer equipment to minimize downtime when on location.

The Training Lab. Our technicians utilize a fully-functional training lab to work with cloud, virtual, networking, desktop, and server operating systems. The lab is used for technicians to develop skills in a safe environment to simulate upgrades to customer equipment in a development environment.

We Are A Technology Company Who Believes In Disconnecting. When we are at the office, we engage. Commit to the tasks at hand. Smile. Have fun along the way. When the workday is done, pursue other activities that will recharge and energize you. Go home and enjoy your family, your friends, and your hobbies. Come back to work tomorrow feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day’s challenges.

Commit 4 Hours Each Week To Continuous Professional Education. Everyone has 168 hours per week; the differentiator is how you spend your time. We commit 42 hours of the week to career. Within the workweek, we dedicate 4 hours to learning and attaining industry certifications. That's over 200 hours annually spent on CPE and career development—for each team member.

Join A Truly Collaborative Company. By having a group of people conditioned to work well together, where everybody knows what they're accountable for, you can produce a better product and service. Join a team where the best idea wins. Learn to respect others’ differences. Feel respected from day one.

For The Love Of Tech. We understand your excitement for technology. Maybe you like video games. Perhaps you enjoy solving the puzzle of putting together the perfect network environment. Or maybe you thrive when helping people understand how technology can make their life easier. We get it. Nerds are welcome here!

A Benefit Package Chosen By YOU. We offer a generous benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision insurance; team members choose the type of medical plan that works for them. New team members enjoy 8 company-paid holidays and 15 days of paid time off with additional time off earned with tenure.

Technician Perks. We like to think that we look after all our team members, but our technicians are on the front line, and we like to be generous. TriQuest technicians enjoy monthly mileage and cell phone stipends, weekly paid continuing education, reimbursement for qualified certification exams, and flexible hours during the week to accommodate occasional after-hours work.
